Features

It is made of aluminum and is reusable. It is created with the purpose of storing the instruments or soft material used in the operating room during the steam sterilization procedure. The sterilization method with container systems is safer than the other methods.
Sterilization containers can keep instruments sterile for 6 months if the lid is never
opened and the container is kept in good and proper storage conditions.

Portability: Containers can be moved more easily and safely with stainless steel handles with antibacterial and high temperature resistant silicone coating (customer optional).
Identification: Barcodes, QR codes or data matrix codes designated for the name of the tool set or any identification can be engraved on the colored aluminum labels on both sides of the container. In addition, tool sets can be separated and identified by different cover color options.

Bio-Barrier sterilization container systems are designed with mechanical valves in both the bottom and the lid, which run so that they do not need any disposable filter and can be used for a minimum of 5000 cycles . Mechanical valve systems are fixed on the cover
or can roll with the atmospheric pressure that occurs in the autoclave during sterilization. When the sterilization process begins, due to the (positive) pressure that occurs, the valves open and allow steam to enter the sterilization container. When the vacuum process starts at the end of sterilization, due to the (negative) pressure that occurs, the steam release valve opens and the steam is released
from the box. When the sterilization process is finished, because there is no pressure (positive or negative) in the autoclave, both valves are in the closed position. In this way, it qualifies to keep the products in the container as sterilized. Valves are guaranteed to be 100% closed due to special silicone seals on mechanical valve systems. Moreover, the mechanical valve system can be dismantled by the user to control it when desired.
Bio-Barrier sterilization container systems are manufactured in different lengths, widths and heights and can be supplied with safety covers for effective external protection. These safety caps do not interfere with sterilization and provide protection to the valve mechanism against liquids and dust as a second cap. All models and sizes have specific baskets and accessories.
