Covid-19 Ag Rapid Coronavirus Antigen Detection Test NADAL

COVID-19 Ag is a rapid lateral flow immunochromatographic lateral flow immunochromatographic test that has adopted the dual color system. The assay contains conjugated gold colloid and a membrane band pre-coated with antibodies specific for SARS-CoV-2 antigen on the test lanes (T). If SARS-CoV-2 antigen is present in the specimen, a visible black band appears on the test lanes (T) as antibody-antibody-gold antibody-conjugated complex forms. The control line (C) is used for procedural control and should always appear if the test is performed correctly.
