Self-adhesive sterilization pouches

The bags are made of three-layer polypropylene, excellent fit, resistance to microbial penetration, resistance and stability during the sterilization cycle, minimization of water condensation.

They do not require the use of heat sealants as they are equipped with non-toxic double-sided adhesive tape specific for sterilization processes. Self-seal pouch imprints are made outside the packaging area, along the sealing line, on the back side of the paper to prevent ink migration to the product. Indicators are imprinted on the inside of the seal for maximum security, are water-based, non-toxic.

The bags are suitable for packing heavy and bulky items.
The bags are made of a medical transparent plastic film and provide high resistance against breakage and moisture.
Three sealing lines with strong strength and efficient spacing, give perfect adhesiveness during the sterilization process and no tearing during opening.
