ARI WELL D-ONE - ACUTE RESPIRATORY INFECTION PATHOGEN IDENTIFICATION KIT

Presumptive identification system and antimicrobial/ antimycotic susceptibility testing of the most common pathogens in acute respiratory infections.

The system is composed of a polypropylene plate containing 32 conical wells for better visualization of colorimetric reactions occurring as a result of growth of microorganisms in specially formulated media for selective culture: Streptococcus pneumoniae, Streptococcus pyogenes (Group A), Streptococcus agalactiae (Group B ), Haemophilus influenzae, Haemophilus spp, Staphylococcus aureus, Mycoplasma spp, Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Pseudomonas spp, Candida spp, Candida albicans.

A combined probe system with specific formulae is also included to define the presumptive diagnosis of one or more microorganisms present in the sample.

The test consists of:

• 1 plate with 32 wells,
• 1 vial 1 ml Reactiv A,
• 1 vial 10 ml sterile saline solution.
