Do not store the product near sterilizing agents.
\nDo not freeze.
\nThe positive biological indicator can be autoclaved at 121 \u00baC for at least 20 minutes, at 132 \u00baC for at least 15 minutes in gravity displacement steam sterilization, or at 134 \u00baC for at least 10 minutes in vacuum steam sterilizer.<\/p>\n
Incubate 48 hours at 37 \u00b0 C.<\/p>\n
