25 mm x 70 mm glassinepackage, cod Violet<\/p>\n

6mm x 25mm filter paper strips.<\/p>\n

105 or 106 Geobacillus stearothermophilus ATCC 7953 and 106 spores Bacillus atrophaeus ATCC 9372 spores on tape.<\/p>\n

Upon completion of the sterilization cycle, the spore strip should be tested in a suitable culture medium at 37\u00b0C or 60\u00b0C.<\/p>\n

We suggest the use of BIONOVA\u00ae MC1020 or MC1030 culture media for final reading in 48 hours at 37\u00b0C ethylene oxide and dry heat time or BIONOVA\u00ae MC20 or MC1020 culture media with final reading in 24 hours at 60\u00b0C for the indicator steam sterilization control. For conventional culture media, such as TSB, incubation for 7 days is recommended.Requires clinical laboratory labor.<\/p>\n
