The Ugaiya Mini rapid biological reader is suitable for reading the sterilization results of the steam sterilizer
\n\/ VHP \/ EO. It can monitor the survival of Bacillus Stearothermophilus spores in the rapid biological indicator.
\nIt must be used with a specially recommended indicator.
\nThe reader is used to cooperate with constant temperature incubation indicators at 58 \u00b0C \/ 37 \u00b0C
\n(the temperature can be adjusted according to the different requirements of the biological indicator). The final negative results
\n\/ incubation positives were obtained automatically by reading the fluorescence changes of the biological indicator
\nspecial in VH2O2 20min \/ stem20min \/ 60min \/ 180min \/ EO240min.
\nIn the design of the mini rapid biological reader, the application requirements of visual interpretation are considered
\nof the PH color. The reader is allowed to continuously incubate the special indicator at 58 \u00b0C \/ 37 \u00b0C for 24-48 hours.
\nFinal negative \/ positive incubation results can be determined by visual interpretation of the color change
\nPH.
\nCompared with the visual interpretation of PH color change, the fluorescence intensity interpretation method
\nit has the advantages of high sensitivity, fast response and small error.
\nThe equipment does not support the sterilization result test of other long-term incubation indicators except
\nindicators manufactured by the manufacturer<\/p>\n
