It can monitor the survival of Bacillus Stearothermophilus spores in the rapid biological indicator. It must be used with a specially recommended indicator.<br>\nThe reader is used to cooperate with constant temperature incubation indicators at 58 \u00b0C \/ 37 \u00b0C (the temperature can be adjusted according to the different requirements of the biological indicator). The final negative \/ positive incubation results were obtained automatically by reading the fluorescence changes of the special biological indicator in VH2O2 20min \/ stem20min \/ 60min \/ 180min \/ EO240min.<br>\nIn the design of the rapid biological reader, the application requirements of the visual interpretation of PH color are considered. The reader is allowed to continuously incubate the special indicator at 58 \u00b0C \/ 37 \u00b0C for 24-48 hours.
