Control of Ethylene Oxide sterilization processes.

Characteristics
Type 5 Integrating Indicator (according to ISO 11140-1).Card printed with indicator ink, laminated on the backside.Size: 60 mm x 25 mm.
Level 1 – Red: Exposure level, it turns to yellow to indicate the exposure to the process but it does not assure that the conditions indicated in the integrator have been met (UNSAFE condition).
Level 2 – Purple/Brown: Integration level, it turns to green thus indicating that conditions indicated in the integrator have been met
(SAFE condition). These conditions are calibrated with the kill time of a 106 Bacillus atrophaeus spores population, calculated in BIER (Biological Indicator Evaluator Resistometer). Conditions: EO 600 mg/l, RH 60 %, 54 °C
