Biological sterilization – strip indicator contains a quantity of bacterial atrophaeus spores inoculated in filter paper and individually packaged in sachets. After the completion of the sterilization cycle, for the correctness testing, laboratory techniques (the corresponding medium culture – soybean casein digested in the broth) and incubation period of 7 days are required.
