E.COLI O157

The rapid E. coli O157 assay is a fast chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of E. coli O157 antigens in human faeces to help diagnose E. coli infections.

PPV showed 70% and NPV showed 100%.
Accuracy: Detection of E. coli O157: H7 showed an accurate accuracy of 94%.
