INSTRU PLUS 2L replaced by MANUSHIELD CLEANER Liquid detergent for cleaning instruments and endoscopes

MANUSHIELD CLEANER is a concentrated liquid for effective cleaning of flexible and rigid endoscopes as well as surgical or dental instruments. With a neutral pH and very good material compatibility, MANUSHIELD CLEANER is a surfactant-based, fragrance-free compound with excellent cleaning power, what can be used with water of any hardness, including in ultrasonic valves. MANUSHIELD CLEANER is compatible with a wide range of disinfectants such as: PERFEKTAN ENZYME, PERFEKTAN NEU, PERFEKTAN ENDO, PERFEKTAN TB, PERFEKTAN ACTIVE and DESCOTON EXTRA. This feature allows its easy integration into any instrument reprocessing procedure.

Area of use:MANUSHIELD CLEANER is a manual cleaning agent for procedures followed by disinfection or sterilization. It is recommended for manual cleaning, without fixing proteins, medi-cale instruments, flexible and rigid endoscopes, as well as their accessories. It can also be used in ultrasonic valves as well as for pre-cleaning before automatic reprocessing of medical devices.

Usage: Prepare the working solution by dilution with running water (max. 40 °C) according to national guidelines. MANUSHIELD CLEANER must not be mixed with other chemicals. For cleaning in the disinfection valve: Immers the tools and endoscopes in the working solution – after a preliminary cleaning, if necessary – making sure that all surfaces and cavities are moistened copmplet. If necessary, completely empty the air, the lumens and mechanically clean with a brush, the tools. Mechanically clean the channels of endoscopes. After cleaning, rinse intensively, with water, and continue reprocessing the instruments.For ultrasonic valve cleaning: Do not exceed the sonication time recommended by the manufacturer nor the temperature of 40 °C. Can be used with water of any level of hardness. Change the MANUSHIELD CLEANER work solution if there is visible contamination; otherwise it should be changed daily.According to the EU Regulation on Medical Devices, users/patients are required to report any serious incidents related to the product to the manufacturer and the competent authorities of the EU member state where the user/patient is established.
