System consisting of a polypropylene plate containing 32 conical probes for a better visualization of colorimetric reactions occurring as a result of the growth of microorganisms in media specially formulated for selective culture of Mycoplasma hominis, Mycoplasma spp., Ureaplasma urealyticum / parvum.
The kit allows the presumptive identification of Neisseria spp., Streptococcus agalactiae (group B), Staphlyocococcus aureus, Enterococcus spp., Escherichia coli, Gardnerella vaginalis, Trichomonas vaginalis and Candida spp. The system allows direct from the pit contents, selective media seeding, microscopic observation, serological and molecular tests, etc.
The test consists of:
- 1 plate with 32 wells,
- 1 vial 10 ml sterile saline solution.
- 1 sterile collector.
